About What Matters Most

What Matters Most is a psychosocial resource platform. It collects practical, plain-language guidance on mental health and wellbeing, organised by the need someone arrives with rather than by clinical taxonomy.

Who writes it

Content is written by Contributing Users — practitioners, researchers, and people with lived experience whose credentials the Editorial Team verifies before granting access. Nobody can publish directly.

How it is checked

Every page is fact-checked against its sources by a Dedicated Page Custodian, who can publish it, return it for changes, or escalate it to the Library Editorial Advisory Board. The platform records who wrote and who approved each version.

What it is not

What Matters Most is information, not medical advice, and not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, use the helpline shown at the top of every page.
